Appointment Policies
We are so elated to provide our services to you. Please kindly review our the information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Sculpted A Body Bar, you are accepting the terms and conditions of all of our policies
PAYMENTS
Deposits are required for all appointments.
Balance can be paid with Zelle, Apple Pay, or Credit/Debit Cards.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you are 15 minutes late, your service time will be reduced by 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 late, you will be asked to reschedule.
No refunds on deposits, treatments, services, or products.
Unused bundle or package sessions will be forfeited after 14 days of “no show”.
If something comes up, we are happy to reschedule your appointment with a 24 hours notice.
You may reschedule once per deposit.
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service.
No Call No Show will be charged 100% of service.
Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours could affect future bookings.
OTHER POLICIES
Any service before or after hours will be considered for an additional $100 fee.
No guests are allowed, including children. This policy is in place to ensure that all clients have a relaxing experience.
Due to COVID-19, a face mask is required during your visit. If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Make sure you drink lots of water the day before your appointment. The rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces.
DO not drink alcohol the day before your service and the day of your service.
WHO CAN NOT GET LASER LIPO
Individuals under the age of 18
Individuals with cardiac issues
Individuals with cancer
Individuals with infected, inflamed, or swollen skin
Individuals with metallic implants (Pacemakers)
Individuals who have had invasive liposuction in the last 6 months
Individuals with kidney failure
Individuals with liver failure
Individuals who suffer from epilepsy
Individuals who have had a tummy tuck in the last 12 months
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
Women who have given birth in the last 3 months
Women who have had a C-Section in the last 6 months
Women who are on their menstrual cycle
POST SURGERY WARNING
Sculpted A Body Bar, does not offer post surgery recovery treatments. Laser Lipo, Cavitation, and Lymphatic Massages have been known to be great recovery methods, however, we do not specialize in post surgery bodies. It is essential for your recovery to find a professional that specializes in recovery after invasive Liposuction.
